Stumbled across your podcast. Interesting topic that I have lived my entire adult life. Far more challenging and difficult for me at this time than race is the political. My wife’s entire family consists of Trump’s base. They are the MAGA people. This is not only depressing but ha caused extreme alienation, division and hurt feelings. There is no resolve. In a way, it does seem to merge with race when you’re in an interracial relationship.
